30 Day Shred - Day 3
It is sooooo voggy today but I pulled my shit together and forced myself to workout. I skipped yesterday and just couldn’t skip another day. My head aches and I felt like Wheezy from Toy Story but I worked up a good sweat. So today is officially day 3 of my 30 day shred. :)

Woke up at 4:00am to get my workout in before work. Feeling good. :) I think I am going to do level 1 for the rest of the week, level 2 for 2 weeks and then level 3 for the last week. Wish me luck. :) Everybody have a great day!

I just bought 30 Day Shred today and did my first workout. Im so excited, I really liked it and am already skipping to level 2. It feels so good to be able to jump to level 2 right off the bat. :)

I lost one pound this week. Last Sunday I weighed in at 140.2, today 139. Im kind of bummed because on Wednesday I was 136. What the heck?! I didnt follow my eating plan today. Im stuck at 139 lbs. I was lighter earlier this week but such is life. I feel like Im retaining water. Yuck.
Anywhos tomorrow is a new day and a clean slate. I am going to try merging P90X and Turbofire together so I can get more weight training in. I feel like the last time I lost weight it was because I was building lean muscle.

I feel like I’ve hit a road block this week. I am still eating well and exercising daily but I’m seeing no movement on the scale. A big difference from last week, pounds were dropping like flies. Eat to Live - Day 10
So I went a little off track today by having some chocolate as a snack. Not too bad but I didnt need it. I dont know why I ate it. :P
Breakfast: Honey bunches of oats….another thing I could have went without
Lunch: Avocado roll
Dinner: Green beans and tofu
Snack: Chocolate (2 fun size dark chocolate hershey)
Today is my rest day on Turbofire. I feel so blah on rest days like Im wasting...
